Welcome to KinetiX. By accessing or using the KinetiX platform at kxflow.io and app.kxflow.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Service Description
KinetiX is a web-based inventory management and business operations platform designed for HVAC and field service companies. The platform includes fleet inventory tracking, CRM capabilities (via Fusion CRM add-on), AI-powered analytics, and third-party integrations.
Beta Status: KinetiX is currently in beta. Features, pricing, and availability may change without notice. We strive for reliability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service during the beta period.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use KinetiX.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use KinetiX for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from KinetiX beyond authorized API usage
4. Your Data
You retain full ownership of all business data you enter into KinetiX. We do not claim ownership of your inventory records, customer information, invoices, or any other content you create. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
5. Subscription & Billing
- Paid plans start at $9/month. Pricing is subject to change with notice.
- You can create a company and import materials for free. Full platform access requires an active subscription or beta testing allowance.
- Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
6. Third-Party Integrations
KinetiX integrates with QuickBooks Online and Housecall Pro. Use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. KinetiX is not responsible for data loss or errors caused by third-party services.
7. Limitation of Liability
KinetiX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim
- AI-generated forecasts and recommendations are estimates and should not be relied upon as guarantees
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, unless otherwise required by law.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of KinetiX after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable federal and state law.
